Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Inspection OS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Inspection OS is a web-based inspection management platform that enables users to record voice notes in any language, capture photos with geo-tagging, manage inspection tasks, and generate professional reports (PDF and Excel). The Service includes voice transcription, photo documentation, multilingual report generation, and task tracking.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• 1New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• 2After the trial period, continued use requires an active subscription at 349 AED per month.
• 3No credit card is required to start the free trial.
• 4Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• 5Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All fees are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees. Prices may be updated with 30 days’ prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Inspection OS, including voice recordings, photos, reports, and project data (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your inspection data for any purpose other than delivering the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

You agree not to:

• 1Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• 2Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
• 3Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• 4Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• 5Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without our written consent.
• 6Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Inspection OS platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ebtkarat Smart Systems. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebtkarat Smart Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
